I just filled out the details for a potential tier and saved with the intention of keeping it as a draft. However, the save action also added it.
It would be nice to be able to work on draft tiers before publishing them.

You can archive it so it won’t show and then unarchive when you are ready to share them.
Yes, but it’s not a good user experience.
