I’m unable to change tier and banner images today. Also encountered an issue with uploading a new book cover, though I’ve had no issues doing this up to a few days ago. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong.

Thanks so much for reaching out and we apologize for our delayed response.
There was a site issue where images were not loading correctly in certain areas like banners & book covers when you reported this.
I’m happy to say this was resolved quickly by our amazing engineering team, but if images are still not loading correctly, please be sure to log out of Ream, clear your browser cache (How to Clear Your Browser Cache - Ream Help Center) and then log back in again. Uploading and viewing images shouldn’t be a problem.
