This is specifically about google docs that I’ve uploaded to Ream directly from google drive, and it concerns italics formatting only (as far as I’ve noticed).
In editing mode, the text is as it should be. All italics there, so there’s nothing for me to fix on the back end.
In view mode, not only are the italics missing, but the space between normal and italic text has been erased altogether, so words are mashed together.
